Scheduling

Scheduling for surgery is best accomplished after an initial evaluation and consultation so that the appropriate amount of time can be reserved for your care. Questions or concerns about scheduling can be answered by the scheduling department during regular office hours.

Fees

Most surgical procedures involve several fees (consultation, surgical, operating room, anesthesia, pathology). Some of these may be covered by your insurance. The fees which apply to your care will be discussed with you by the staff and Dr. Nitsch. Complications after surgery may cause additional charges. Questions regarding fees can be addressed with the billing office and assistance is available with insurance and payment concerns.

Payment & Insurance Information

Participation with an insurance company indicates that our office accepts as payment in full the amount that the insurance company wishes to pay. Any patient can and will be seen, evaluated, and able to have surgery, but if the office does not participate with your insurance, there may be additional costs billed directly to you that would be your responsibility. In nearly every case, cosmetic procedures are not covered by insurance.
